The
wine cellar Farro del Fusaro, in the Commune of Bacoli was
founded in 1926. Michele Farro with his inherrited family
experience and great passion recentely set up a programme
for recovery and increase in value of the wines of the Flegrea
area; Piedirosso and Falanghina from Capmi Flegrei with Controlled
Denomination of Origin (D.O.C.). A programme which is based
on the absolute quality of all the production processes starting
with the monitoring and selection of soils and grapes and
going up to references in order to offer a product which is
ever closer to the tastes and expectationes of the wine lover.
